Je remonte ce topic car comme Damien j'ai besoin d'un petit coup de main pour traduire quelques phrases d'Anglais en Français.
En fait j'ai passer commande sur le site Rimmerbros d'un article qui s'est trouvé être le mauvais lorsque je l'ai reçu
Je l'ai est contacté pour savoir comment faire pour le retour/échange de l'article et voici leur réponse =

The parts catalogue we use (supplied by XPart) lists the thermostat in the hoses as fitting the entire diesel range (200, 25 and ZR) as they have omitted the VIN number when they changed to the stat in the cooler. It is not an excuse but just an explanation as to how the error has occurred.
Rather than return the part to us and incur postage charges we have put a credit on your details for the cost of the incorrect part (£33.94 inc VAT) and will use £17.78 of that credit to pay for sending the PBM100040 to you. That will leave £16.16 which you can redeem against any future order or we can refund back to your credit card.
If the above is acceptable please advise which of the options you would prefer and we can proceed from there.
Pour les 2 première phrase c'est bon, en fait il explique pourquoi la référence n'est pas la bonne pour ma voiture et tout et tout..... on s'en fout
Par contre pour la suite du message je comprends pas tout, et s'est la que c'est intéressant
Si j'ai bien comprit il me propose le remboursement de 33,94 £ correspondant au mauvais article que j'ai reçu mais avant vont déduire 17,78£ pour me renvoyer le bon article (PBM100040) et il me restera 16,16£ pour une prochaine commande ou à mettre sur mon compte bancaire.
Et pour la dernière phrase il me demande de confirmer si la solution qu'il me propose me convient.
